Steph joined the McLean & Armstrong team in 2024 as a Corporate Paralegal. She graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley with a Paralegal Certificate, and has worked as a Paralegal since 2022. Prior to that, Steph worked for four years as a Corporate Legal Assistant. 

Steph prepares incorporations, organizations, extra-provincial registrations, business name registrations, alterations, voluntary dissolutions, and other corporate tasks, such as annual maintenance, internal company changes, and share transactions. Steph also assists with matters relating to debt financings, asset and share sales.
