Alison is a Paralegal in McLean & Armstrong’s Corporate Services Department. Alison joined the firm in 2021 and previously spent 7 years working in a large corporate department in a firm located in Downtown, Vancouver. She has experience in all types of corporate transactions including incorporations, alterations, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, extra-provincial registrations, and maintenance of corporate records.  Her extensive experience also includes minute book reviews and rectifying deficiencies. 

Alison assists lawyers and clients with all areas of Corporate including:

• Incorporations and organizations;
• Transactions including director and officer changes, name changes, amalgamations, continuations, dissolutions, and various share transactions;
• Change of Registered & Records offices;
• Extraprovincial registrations;
• Business name registrations;
• Annual maintenance; and
• Updating and maintaining corporate records.
