Brian McLean was called to the Bar in 1978 in British Columbia and practised as a partner in the firm of Edwards Kenny & Bray in Vancouver until 1993 when he established his own firm.
Building on experience gained as a solicitor involved in corporate and commercial transactions, he became litigation counsel, during which time he conducted proceedings arising out of aviation accidents, commercial disputes, and commercial loan defaults. Ultimately, he concentrated on construction matters and has conducted his practice in contract law and commercial litigation for the past seventeen years.
Brian’s practice extends to construction related issues, as well as commercial cases involving corporate governance, insolvency, and shareholders’ remedies.
