Catherine Bender is a Legal Assistant and is the E-Discovery Specialist at Mclean & Armstrong LLP. She also provides full cycle litigation support and assists the corporate department. Catherine previously spent nine years working in the Bankruptcy and Family Law fields in Seattle, WA, before joining McLean & Armstrong in 2017.

Her primary focus is e-discovery management, including:

• Advising legal teams on eDiscovery strategies
• Providing supervision and coordination of e-discovery services including planning, budget preparation, project management and supervision of e-discovery workflow
• Administering e-discovery software
• Managing document collection, processing, review, and production
• Organizing and maintaining ESI and other litigation documents
• Creating and tailoring databases to case-specific needs
• Providing training and technical assistance to lawyers and support staff
• Managing service provider relationships, service provider procurement and managed service contracts for e-discovery services
