Catherine Bender is a Legal Assistant and is the E-Discovery Project Manager at Mclean & Armstrong LLP. She is responsible for E-Discovery Management and also provides assistance for the Corporate Services Department. She joined the firm in 2017 and works in litigation while providing support in corporate/business law. Previously, Catherine spent 9 years working in the Bankruptcy and Family Law fields in Seattle, WA
Catherine supports all aspects of corporate related transactions including incorporations, alterations, amalgamations, continuations, tax reorganizations and dissolutions as well as registrations relating to business names, partnerships and extra-provincial corporations.
