Celeste is a Senior Corporate Paralegal in McLean & Armstrong’s Corporate Services Department. She joined the firm in 2026, bringing with her experience from both a boutique practice and a large downtown Vancouver law firm. 

With more than 20 years of experience as a legal assistant and paralegal in corporate law, Celeste provides comprehensive support to clients and lawyers across a wide range of corporate matters. Her expertise includes incorporations and company organization, amalgamations, continuations and dissolutions, name reservations and corporate searches, the formation and maintenance of limited partnerships and societies, annual maintenance requirements, transparency registers, and extra-provincial and business name registrations.
