Chelsea Lightheart is a Litigation Paralegal and joined McLean & Armstrong in 2023. Chelsea has been in law for 17 years, with a focus in Indigenous and Aboriginal litigation and general civil litigation, as well as document management of large-scale cases. Chelsea is experienced in litigation prep and procedures and has assisted at all levels of court, including Supreme Court of B.C., B.C. Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Canada, Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
