Prior to law school in Canada, Ida obtained an LL.B. and LL.M. from the University of Aarhus in Denmark, graduating in 2017, followed by a paid traineeship at the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium.
Before joining McLean & Armstrong LLP as an Articling Student, Ida worked for the Danish government where she counselled ministry officials and businesses on various areas of EU law, namely procurement and government funding. Ida has worked on major projects such as the world’s first energy islands and the capture and storage of CO2 in the Danish subsoil.
Ida is a member of the NCA Network.
Ida is fluent in Danish.
