Lily is an associate at McLean & Armstrong LLP and is called to the bars of British Columbia and Alberta. She is developing a broad practice focused on commercial and construction disputes.
Before joining the firm, she completed her articles at a national law firm in Calgary, where she gained experience in complex commercial and construction matters. Prior to pursuing law, she worked in the federal government as a policy analyst.
Lily holds a Bachelor of International Economics (High Distinction) and a Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. During law school, she served as an elected student representative, co-founded the UBC chapter of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, volunteered with Access Pro Bono, and worked as a legal research assistant in property law. As part of UBC’s clinical program, she also completed a temporary articling semester with the BC Prosecution Service, assisting with criminal proceedings. In her undergraduate studies, she won a national case competition hosted by the Bank of Canada.
Lily is fluent in Korean. Outside of her practice, she is a runner and a baker. She also works on small game development projects with her friends.
