Marina has specialized in construction and engineering law since 1982, acting for contractors, subcontractors, public owners and developers. She practices in both the dispute arena as counsel in litigation and arbitrations, and the solicitors’ side of the practice, negotiating and drafting contracts. In addition, she acts as mediator and arbitrator of disputes.
She was awarded Queen’s Counsel designation in 2000. She was awarded VRCA’S Outstanding Woman in Construction Award in 2006.
