Melanie Thompson is a Litigation Paralegal and joined McLean & Armstrong LLP in 2019. Melanie’s experience includes 12 years working in litigation, aboriginal law and insurance defense practices. At McLean & Armstrong she is responsible for and primarily focuses on the Litigation/Land and Document Management departments. 

She is experienced in litigation management, including trial prep and support, document management and is fluent in the most up to date document management software and the filing of land documents with the Land Title Office for clients involved in construction related disputes.

Melanie assists the firm’s lawyers and clients with all areas of Litigation including:

• Document analysis and production;
• Discovery materials, drafting pleadings and trial preparation;  
• E-discovery and database management;
• Drafting and filing documents with the Land Title Office;
• Management of litigation and Land Title limitations.
