Monika is a Litigation Paralegal who joined McLean & Armstrong in 2010 as a Legal Assistant. After completing her Paralegal designation in 2017, she became more closely involved in the firm’s litigation practice.

She supports the litigation department and plays an active role in file administration and practice management. Monika works closely with the firm’s lawyers and clients throughout the litigation process, from file opening through to trial.

Her work includes document analysis and production; preparing and managing discovery materials; drafting pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence; limitation management and diarizing critical deadlines; coordinating service and filing of court materials; e-discovery and database management; trial preparation; drafting and filing documents with the Land Title Office; and assisting with court filings at all levels of court in British Columbia. She also liaises with court registries, opposing counsel, and clients to help ensure matters progress efficiently.
