Narissa received her J.D. from Bond University in Australia, where she graduated with First Class Distinction. She achieved First in Class in Equity law and among the top three in class for Dispute Resolution in International Tax.

Prior to law school, Narissa worked in public relations at the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, where she gained her interest in infrastructure and construction law. Narissa also worked as a Registry clerk at the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and as a legal support staff at a national law firm in downtown Vancouver.

Narissa is currently a member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers, and the Canadian Bar Association British Columbia Branch.

Narissa is fluent in Mandarin.
