Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from the University of Calgary before completing her Juris Doctor at Thompson Rivers University in 2024. During law school, she was the recipient of the Law Foundation of British Columbia Entrance Scholarship and was recognized for her academic achievement with the Dean’s Course Prize in Business Associations and placement on the Dean’s List.
Taylor has been with McLean & Armstrong since 2020, when she joined the firm as an administrative assistant. She later returned as a summer student following both her first and second years of law school and went on to complete her articles with the firm. She was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2025 and practices in the areas of commercial and construction litigation. Her longstanding involvement with the firm provides her with a strong understanding of its practice and a practical, client-focused approach to her work.
Outside of her legal practice, Taylor is an avid equestrian who enjoys spending her weekends at the barn with her horse, Rory, and her dog, Peanut.
